In order to use the Proposal Architect Tool to create and submit DKIST proposals (and to use the DKIST Data Center) the user must have a Globus Account/Login. Globus is a non-profit service, based at the University of Chicago, that provides secure, reliable research data management. The NSF's DKIST project uses Globus for identifying you and transporting your data.
