• Christoph, Dave and Alexei meeting with NSF next week in Alexandria

  • Received budget guidance for DKIST ($28M + ~$3M SFR)

  • NSF requested a budget impact document/presentation in response

    • Basically what we presented last April.

  • Getting ready to submit instrumentation SFR

• FY25-26 2-year extension proposal

  • Still iterating with NSF on Materials and Supplies with basis code “Engineering Estimate”

• ConOps Plan and Review

  • Working on an agenda (please send ideas)

  • Attendance?

• Begin Q2 FY25 planning

• Questions for Christoph

  • Clarify with Christoph on the DC future and CU after the 2-year extension

  • ConOps we are not planning for long term changes to NSO (e.g., matrixed organization). There is just not enough time.

  • During SOC or ConOps (which if any will need a visit into Coude)

    • Would he want us to delay operations to accomplish this?

  • Ask about postponing the tours into March April timeframe.
