PLC 4 Download Checklist:

Download means PC => PLC (D is for Danger!)

PLC 4 is located on the Utility Level S&O

• Is the air knife open? It will close!

• All pumps will stop

• Pump VFD’s network connections will need reset via HMI

• Check PLC4 Cabinet for bad network I/O

• Weather stations will stop reporting

• Water bugs will likely trip and send alarms

• If TSW is running, it will stop causing Heat Stop Safety shutter to close

• Check than TCM (16°C) is off, after download, there may be a false positivie that it is running. Press the update button to refresh status.
