OPC 2.1 run up to on-sun/power shutdown
-Due to the Chillers being off for an extended period, we had to wait 24 hrs to turn them on to let the crankcase heaters operate. In order to start cryo cooling in the meantime, we turned off valves to the server rm and burned ice on the CHW loop with a setpoint of 55. We then turned on TAC with a setpoint of 65°F. This resulted in a burn rate of about 2% per hour and allowed cooling overnight. Ambient temperatures were also cold, which was likely advantageous.

PLC 4 Download Checklist:
Download means PC => PLC (D is for Danger!)
PLC 4 is located on the Utility Level S&O
Is the air knife open? It will close!
All pumps will stop
Pump VFD’s network connections will need reset via HMI
Check PLC4 Cabinet for bad network I/O
Weather stations will stop reporting
Water bugs will likely trip and send alarms
If TSW is running, it will stop causing Heat Stop Safety shutter to close
Check than TCM (16°C) is off, after download, there may be a false positivie that it is running. Press the update button to refresh status.
PLC 5 Download Checklist:
Download means PC => PLC. (D is for Danger!)
PLC 5 is located on the Ground Floor Utility Building
Cooling will stop during a download!
All pumps will stop
Chillers should be off BEFORE download
Water treatment may need reset
Auto Duty Cycle for pumps will default to off, turn on via Water Treatment page on Utilities HMI Project
Aug 2023 Power Issues
CH03 voltage monitor tripping on under voltage each time the last compressor fires up:
Monitor settings:
Adjusted CH02/03/05 voltage monitors:

Chart before adjustments (each spike is when voltage monitors were tripping:
Measured CH05 Circuits 1 and 2 amps with clamp meter compared to chiller readout. Chiller reading low on both by about .4 amps.
