Developed initial IR Camera Project management documentation.
Received proposals for IR Camera thermal analysis effort.
Approved shipment of IR Camera short-wave infrared detectors. This begins the ITAR-compliance rules in the 1st floor lab.
Created mechanical drawing and final plans for DL-NIRSP MISI-116 installation
Finished Supplemental Funding Proposal text and budget estimates.
Completed December and January planning for Instrumentation work on the summit.

Updated inventory and portal systems such that small datasets (< 1 GB) do not show up on the portal as 0 GB.
The DL team had reported that the demodulation matrices vary by a small but significant-enough amount spatially within each IFU group. As a result the DC Fit demodulation matrices for all spatial pixels in DLNIRSP pipeline
Reimplement VBI in the Processing Preparation Worker to include IP execution IDs in order to address the reason that some VBI processing runs were failing
