Data capture is gathered during the period of Coude Shake and Bake and maybe conducted before or after official shake and bake has been completed.
Setup
Open the latest Coude LIC program so you have the ability to toggle the measure/reset signal. Under the “Load Sensor” routine, the “measure” signal is an active high signal to the charge amplifier. Toggle low/off to initiate a reset and turn hi/on to measure.
Open Ignition and bring up ad hoc chart, drag the following tags onto the graph for plotting: load_raw_voltage & p_ist_mult. The “load_raw_voltage” tag is found FMSRealtime>rodell test tags. The “p_ist_mult” tag is found FMSRealtime>coude encoder tracking>azimuth.
For the Coude azimuth motion have the operator set the velocity to 0.25°/sec, and set travel position for 1 full rotation (0° to 360°).
When ready to execute the test run ensure the measure signal is on and execute motion, mark the start and stop times. (Duration of test should be 24 minutes.)
By the end of the test run the chart should look like this:
Make the upper bound 10,000 and the lower bound -10,000. Zoom into the graph to encase all the points from the start to stop time. Save the zoomed in graph into a .xlsx and rename to related OCP period Coude Shake and Bake and date. (example: OCP2.9_CoudeSB_ForceData_20240923)
Once saved use the following Jira ticket to archive the data file:
