There could be a problem or bug in the DC, such as:

  1. a software issue

    1. The Application Program Interface (API) is not behaving correctly

    2. Call to the API could be malformed/inadequate

  2. data loss/corruption in the DC inventory record in the database

Solution:

  • Please submit a Help Desk ticket

  • Please let the Help Desk know why you expect data to be there:

    1. did you receive email notification(s), but these data are not available

    2. were these data there before, but they are no longer there
