Run engineering observing tasks to measure vibrations, test new hardware and modes.
Kicked-off the IR Camera Controllers contract and started technical meetings with Vendor.

Data Center team
Accomplishments
Implemented a new DKIST scripts queue in keeping with OCS-OT IICD version M. This queue will support the sending of new scripts when they are released. previously scripts were sent with every OP message causing great duplication of message content and slowing down the OP message transfer due to large volumes of data
Updated the DL-NIRSP linearization implementation with the algorithm provided by the DL-NIRSP science team
Completed the removal of dataset mix-ins from dkist-processing-common and refactored the instrument code to use the input dataset Pydantic models implemented in common. This completes a weeks long refactoring of common code to remove mix-ins.
