To create a new vault view:
install Solidworks PDM
click start > Solidworks PDM > view setup
when asked for a server name, enter hades.dssc.nso.edu . Default port 3030 is good.
when a blue box pops up with a login:
username = staff
password = hAleakala-u1r1
third field is local, not AD
click ‘next’
then check the box next to DKIST File Vault
install to the C:\ drive & for all users
click through. it should prompt you to login to the vault to complete the setup - it may hang for 1-2 minutes if this is the first time you connect.
