Anytime the GIS is operated in a non-normal way we want to log the event. A log entry should be made in any of these conditions:
bypass or override via HMI
hazardous zones doors
end-of-travel limits
break safety signature
bypass or override safety logic in program
insert AFI instruction
create branch around a command
The goal is to track these, look for patterns and possibly accommodate them.
