Once a proposal is submitted, this action cannot be undone by the PI of the proposal. In the event that the PI has made a mistake submitting a proposal, they can request retraction of the proposal via the DKIST Help Desk. Retraction can only be requested up to the proposal submission deadline by the PI of the proposal. When requesting retraction, please provide the PI name, Globus Account ID and Proposal ID in the Help Desk request. Once the request has been filed with the Help Desk, all correspondences and notifications will take place via the Help Desk system, Jira Service Desk, between the PI and the DKIST Help Desk staff.
