Two Types of Accounts
There are two types of accounts which let users access the DKIST Help Desk. Please follow the instructions which match the type of account you have.
If you are not an NSO employee with a Jira Software Account, and you are not part of the Critical Science Plan (CSP) DKIST Instrument Partner staff with a Jira Software Account. You therefore have a DKIST Help Desk “Customer” Account. Please use the first set of instructions to figure out your login.
If you are an NSO employee with any Atlassian Account (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk), or you are part of the Critical Science Plan (CSP) DKIST Instrument Partner staff with a Jira Software Account. You therefore have an Atlassian “Licensed User” account which lets you also use the Help Desk. Please use the second set of instructions to figure out your login.
