How to search the DKIST Help Desk Knowledgebase

The Help Desk search engine can be utilized to find resources, tutorials, and answers to frequently-asked questions. It can also be used to send a request or create a query about a search topic. When viewing a page other than the main Help Desk page, the search bar appears as a magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Instructions

1. Enter a keyword or phrase into the search bar.

Any pages with the related keywords will appear in a list of search results under “Articles”.

2. A second section labeled “Send a Request About” contains request topics potentially relevant to the search query. Select one to file a question or request.
