Solution:

1. Double check the search parameters and ranges (See: How to on Search)

2. Try to simplify your search

3. Make sure you page through results if they are all not displayed on one page

4. If you truly believe that your search is Ok, then please submit a Help Desk ticket with your search parameters

   1. Please provide details on what data you are looking for (i.e. Proposal ID, Experiment Completion Status Notification, DC Data Availability Notification, any other details to pin down the request)
