Accomplishments
Preparation of the Experiment Generation process for Cycle 3 proposals. Consolidating guidelines in Confluence, create a Jira Project to track the progress and deployment of the Help Desk portal to connect with the Principal Investigators.
Preparing the release of the new Experiment Architect tool.
Plan to create and deliver the SOS skill training program during the winter.

Recruitment Recruitment Recruitment, Ads up for Etech Associate, MTech Supervisor, Industrial Cleaning Technician. Openings in process of posting with HR are Snr ME, Prin ME & CMMS Admin.
All uninstalled (stored) Platecoil have been loaded into containers at Baseyard facility for storage. Part of preparation for reducing long term storage footprint at Maui Baseyard.
Obs Support both in DE role, thanks to Karl for rearranging / stepping in to fill part of vacant DE shift, Etechs and also troubleshooting by Etechs and EE’s on intermittent control issue.
Implementation of the full thermal systems shutdown “button” on the Duty Engineer HMI.

Data Center team
Accomplishments
Created a trial workflow for VBI Processing. All of the other instruments have trial workflows, and the VBO was the last to be accomplished. Trial workflows are pipeline runs that publish data that our scientists can see/analyze, but that won't make it to the portal.
Implemented DL -NIRSP IFU id array offset to current data. The DL FOV can drift slightly over time. This means that our IFU mapping/ID arrays can become out-of-sync with data taken long after these arrays were created. The solution is to implement a step in the pipeline that registers these IFU arrays to be aligned with the current dataset.
Updated dkist-fits-specifications to be compliant with SPEC-0122 revision K, which is the latest revision.
