The Technical Review of submitted Cycle 3 Proposals and the preparations for the respective Science Review are in full swing.
A welcome email to all Cycle 3 Proposers has been sent including information about the proposal review timeline.
Ongoing observing support for OCP2.7.
Continued on-standby for Sunrise III co-observing (daily until launch).

Accomplishments
Planning & Coordination for Eng2024C
PFLOW fault investigation / red tagged and waiting for replacement parts.
Enclosure Shutter encoder testing and diagnostics for drop out. Initial data indicated misalignments but under further test and analysis poor contrast is the issue. Planning now for cleaning / replacement of encoder heads during Eng 2024D.
Akamai interns (x3) mentoring continues - halfway site visits 7/1.

Working on issues with Cryo-NIRSP context imager controller.
Continued lab integration of MCAO mechanical components into frame.
Continued development of M9b upgrade, including optical table order and concept mount design.
