Operational Status
DKIST is in week 1 of observing period OCP 3.1.

Accomplishments
Support the shake-and-bake effort in preparing the Observatory for operations.
The experiments needed for OCP3.1 are at the summit and ready for execution.
Planning Cycle 4 proposal call.
TechOps team
Accomplishments
Shake and Bake Complete.
Thermal System Review and Site Visit.
Contract for plumbing for commerical washer / dryer placed (process started 09/2024).
Investigation and Site visit for IR Roof inspector for chasing weatherproofing issues on S&O.
MTechs cleared blockage in TMW strainer.
Continued Troubleshooting with HiTEL on summit phone line faults.
Combined SOS / DE on-sun checklist updated and published ready for start of OCP3.1
Instrumentation team
Accomplishments
Supported Shake & Bake activities
Prepared prioritized list for bad weather/seeing activities to optimize instrument performance
Planned arrival of visible light camera loaner for testing
Data Center team
Accomplishments
Fixed a portal issue where the portal render a blank page until the user cleared cookies.
Continued provisioning the new hardware that was installed in racks. the HW was cabled and powered up, and is now in the process of being provisioned and integrated into the DC fabric
Completed manual processing of all Cycle 2 data and deleted all unused VBI raw data from temporary storage.
Began exploration of colocation centers in the vicinity. Reached out to a number of vendors and began discussion of what the DKIST needs in terms of power, space, bandwidth, etc.

Accomplishments
Gary completed ASSP Fall protection Administrator training.
Terran is at Gravitec Fall Protection Training facilities in Washington receiving Fall Protection Competent Person and Train the Trainer, training.
New employee safety training. Sesame Street/Discovery film crew safety training.
High Level Software team
Accomplishments
Deployed Kakou 1.2 software release before start of OCP 3.1.
