SciOps and OpsTools team
Accomplishments
OCP 3.1 observing support.
Finalizing Pre-Announcement for Cycle 4 Proposal Call (April 1 version of Solar News).
Continued preparation of the Cycle 4 Proposal Call.
Preparing for the new version of the Experiment Architect tool to be released.
Ongoing work on the implementation of the new ICD between the OpsTools and summit HLS systems.
TechOps team
Accomplishments
Started Enclosure Cable Wrap Hose connections for TMW (Ambient -4degC) on Util Level.
Review of Facility Compressed Air requirements and infrastructure needs ongoing - obsolescence planning.
On site Interview for ME candidate.
New Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Admin Jared Cleghorn started on Monday reporting to Stephanie Guzman.
Troubleshooting Enclosure Lower Fans for start up issues - current draw.
Instrumentation team
Accomplishments
OCP 3.1 observing support.
Ongoing testing of Teledyne visible cameras at the Dunn Solar Telescope in Sunspot, NM.
Data Center team
Accomplishments
Completed the requirements elicitation and calibration product definition phase of the intermediate calibration products project. The project aims at generating products that will aid users and DKIST science in assessing data quality, identify trends in the data, and facilitate the generation of calibration parameters when the need arises. Started working on the design to create, store and make available the data identified.
worked on a bug fix (in review) that is blocking the release of the last VBI data from cycle 2. This data has 5 mosaic positions - which differed from all other VBI data. The fix is expected to be completed this week with the data being run through the pipeline and available this W/E.
EHS team
Accomplishments
We are closing in on getting our Sospes Safety Management app online! We have been working closely with their team to get all our safety documents, training information, inspection forms, etc, uploaded. Sometime next month a representative will be coming to Maui to offer us all user training. Stay tuned!
High Level Software team
