How do I log out of the DKIST Help Desk?
When a user would like to log out of their account, they can do so using the following steps:
1. Select the Profile icon (your avatar) at the top right of the screen. A drop down menu will appear
Note: When using a cellphone, the user avatar is semi cut off at the top right corner. You should still be able to click on it to access the menu, in order to log out.
2. Select the “Logout” option from the drop down menu options.
3. The system will log the user out. As confirmation, the top right panel will now appear with a “Login” option rather than routing to the users “Requests” option, as seen below.
Note: If you are logged out of the Help Desk, you can still submit a ticket. If you are not logged in you will be asked to fill in your email address on the ticket submission form. If you are logged in, the email address field will not be in the submission form (your login profile email address is used as the default email for the ticket).
